Role Overview
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and improve overall digital performance. The role involves overseeing website operations, marketplace management, digital campaigns, analytics, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and update product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, promotions) across the company website and online marketplaces.
· Monitor website performance, ensuring accurate product availability, smooth checkout processes, and optimal user experience.
· Plan and execute online sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
· Coordinate with marketing teams to implement marketing, and social media strategies.
· Track and analyse key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue.
· Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
· Manage and prepare inventory synchronization between online platforms and internal systems.
· Handle customer queries related to online orders in coordination with the customer service team.
· Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor activities.
