Job Description
- Spearhead the strategic development of our E-Commerce business, including developing our website and marketplace strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop annual e-commerce calendar and execute promotion plans in coordination with the Management direction.
- Responsible for the execution of all product launches and follow the e-commerce calendar with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers, retain existing customers and increase purchase consumption.
- Design collaterals including product brochures, posters, online banners with marketing campaigns.
- Create relevant social media content for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
- Maintain sales reports for all designated accounts on regular basis. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Financial planning and preparation of budgets to achieve annual Business Plan.
- Decide on the most efficient use of allocated marketing budget to support all brand and marketplace activities.
- Ensure that all products information’s such as pricing, promotion and stocks level are up to date.
- Manage e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including creation of new and updating existing product listings, ensuring information are consistent across all platforms.
- Ensure smooth operation of the designated accounts which includes managing store inventory, attending to enquiries for e-commerce to avoid any penalties or order cancellations.
- Work with the team to execute 4P (product, price, place, promotion) strategies to achieve the desired sales target set.
- Provide clear, accurate and timely promotion information to the team and ensure strong execution at the platforms.
- Identify and implement essential inventory management techniques to improve e-commerce operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma holder with 1 to 2 years of working experience in retail / sales / FMCG industry.
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
- A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good communication and negotiations skills.
- Strong aggressive, result-driven, right attitude and resourceful.
- Self-motivated with strong learning attitude.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- 5 day week.
