E-Commerce Executive - Food Industry

We are seeking a driven Ecommerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics and ROI-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will also familiar to SEO/SEM. Good people skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to problem solve independently. The candidate should also have a strong interest in the latest social media trends and happenings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Company's portfolio on all marketplace platforms and websites including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns management, stock accuracy, and shop content creation


• Manage and optimize online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee to drive sales.


• Generate sales by creating banners to convey promotions aligned with in-store and ensuring attractive deals, pricing, promos are setup accurately on the platforms


• Liaise with e-marketplaces' Account Managers for campaign participation with maximum exposure and support


• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement digital marketing and ecommerce strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and developments to ensure our social media presence is optimized.


• Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure all campaigns and projects are executed smoothly and on time.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent diploma in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related field


• Familiarity with Amazon/Redmart/Lazada/Shopee seller center and Shopify content management would be preferred


• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel


• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for detail


• Creative with a flair for writing and sense of aesthetics


• Digitally savvy and a problem solver
