Responsibilities:
Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns and product launches on the brand website and marketplaces to meet sales and brand targets.
Manage relationships with marketplaces, logistics providers, and service partners, and support negotiation efforts.
Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including listings, content, inventory, orders, fulfilment, and returns.
Provide high-quality customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and escalating when needed.
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports with insights to optimize performance.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1 year of e-commerce experience managing e-commerce platforms.
