E-commerce Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Executive to oversee our complete e-commerce operations across platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon, and our own webstore. This role involves managing the entire process—from product listings and inventory control to digital marketing and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations, including order and delivery fulfillment, inventory, customer inquiries, refunds, and website updates.


• Create, update and optimize product listings across all platforms.


• Monitor stock levels, pricing, and performance analytics on each platform.


• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales.


• Configure and manage social media accounts.


• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.


• Coordinate with developers on website maintenance and technical improvements.


• Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with e-commerce marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon) is highly preferred.


• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently.

Working Hours:

• 5.5-day work week


• Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM


• Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM
