Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary.
Handle records, reports, and cross-functional coordination to meet KPIs.
Manage and update company websites and e-commerce platforms to improve user experience, traffic, and conversion rates.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and on-page elements to boost search engine visibility and user experience.
Leverage AI tools for content generation, performance analysis, customer segmentation, and predictive insights
Plan and execute advertising campaigns, analyze sales trends, and generate performance insights.
Prepare monthly and campaign reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
Requirements
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experiences in e-commerce, preferably in the retail industry.
Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada.
Experience with campaign management, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mailchimp), and performance tracking/reporting.
Knowledge of CMS platforms, basic HTML/JavaScript, or SharePoint is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
