To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as E-Commerce Executive
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
Own the e-commerce growth strategy, proactively identifying new sales opportunities, channels, and platforms to accelerate revenue growth.
Develop and execute data-driven marketing and sales strategies to grow website sales, marketplace sales, and sales on other e-commerce platforms.
Translate company sales targets into channel-specific growth plans, and drive their execution with measurable outcomes.
Build a rolling e-commerce roadmap (campaigns, promotions, new platform launches) aligned to seasonal and business priorities.
Managing Marketplace Platforms
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and other marketplaces or sales portals.
Manage product listing updates and pricing adjustments; perform basic customer service by handling orders and addressing complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
Partnership Acquisition
Develop and maintain partnerships with external organisations to boost brand exposure, lead generation, and conversions.
Proactively scout and pitch new partnership and collaboration opportunities that support sales growth objectives.
Planning and Execution
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for online sales growth.
Craft detailed sales and product development briefs.
Plan and execute promotional calendars and campaigns across website and marketplace channels to drive sales.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, revenue, and customer acquisition costs to assess the effectiveness of online campaigns and strategies.
Monitor and assess the performance of e-commerce platforms, products, and marketing initiatives, taking ownership of sales growth targets.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark against competitors, and recommend strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Data Collection and Analysis
Study customer behaviour on digital platforms, including click-through rates, shopping cart abandonment, and path analysis, to optimise the user experience.
Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to improve digital platform functionality, product offerings, and marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain dashboards with actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum a Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or related filed in E-Commerce
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing with a track record of driving online sales growth
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that grow sales, with a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
Strong commercial acumen and comfort owning revenue and growth targets, not just monitoring them.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing channels.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends into concrete growth strategies.
Experience developing partnerships or collaborations that generate measurable leads and conversions.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
