eCommerce Executive ( Operations/Marketing )

We are looking for a driven and hands-on eCommerce Executive to join the VitaminMall team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital marketing and operational execution, and wants to grow in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

You will play a key role in boosting brand visibility, driving product sales, and managing day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth

• Plan and execute social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms

• Manage paid advertising and influencer marketing to drive traffic and conversions

• Support brand-building initiatives and marketing campaigns

Content & Campaign Management

• Collaborate with external agencies on content creation, influencer campaigns, and digital ads

• Develop impactful marketing materials and promotional assets

• Plan and support livestream campaigns, including coordination with livestream hosts

Marketplace Management

• Create and optimize product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.

• Work with designers to develop high-converting banners and visuals

• Execute monthly campaigns and promotions to drive online sales

Operations & Fulfilment Support

• Assist with daily eCommerce operations including order processing, picking & packing

• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment and replenishment

• Ensure smooth backend operations to support sales growth

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or related field

• At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing

• Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Amazon

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills

• Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Good written English communication skills
