Job Responsibilities:
Host Live Sessions – Conduct engaging live streams to showcase products, interact with customers, and drive sales.
Order Fulfillment Oversight – Ensure daily orders are processed accurately and shipped on time to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Marketing Engagement & Execution – Plan and execute online campaigns with the goal of increasing traffic, engagement, and sales.
Customer Service – Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product guidance, and resolve issues professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
Sales Improvement – Analyze sales trends, monitor campaign performance, and recommend strategies to boost overall revenue.
Requirements:
Passion for e-commerce, marketing, and driving sales growth.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in live hosting, online sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
