E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our end-to-end e-commerce backend operations while contributing to the creative development of our products. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about art and craft, enjoys both operational work and creative design.

You will be responsible for managing online orders, inventory, customer enquiries, and product listings across multiple platforms, while also supporting product photography, visual content creation and original design/illustration for our in-house products.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily e-commerce orders across multiple platforms (e.g. Shopee and other marketplaces).

• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfilment and proper coordination with the warehouse and delivery team.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across all online channels.

• Handle customer concerns related to orders, products or delivery and follow up to resolution.

• Provide backup support for website orders and enquiries during peak periods or staff absence.

• Create, update and maintain product listings, including descriptions, pricing and variations.

• Regularly update stock levels across all platforms to ensure accuracy.

• Monitor stock movement and assist with stock adjustments.

• Support warehouse operations, including quality checks and basic inventory handling.

• Take high-quality photos of new arrivals and products for e-commerce use.

• Edit and optimise product photos for various online platforms.

• Design cover images and visual assets for product listings and online stores.

• Contribute to the creative design and illustration of new and existing products.

• Assist in developing and enhancing the company’s exclusive designs.

• Support creative brainstorming and concept development for new product ideas.

• Assist in coordinating delivery routes and schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

• Support operational tasks required for smooth daily e-commerce operations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online retail or a related role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator or other design tools are a plus).

• Ability to draw, design or illustrate (portfolio or samples will be an advantage).

• Strong interest or background in art, craft or design.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Organized, responsible and customer-oriented.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Short notice period (immediate or less than 1 month) will be an advantage.
