Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal user experience
Plan and execute online campaigns, including promotions, pricing strategies, and content updates
Optimise website performance through data-driven merchandising, improving traffic, conversion rates, and sales
Maintain and update website content, including product listings, company information, and policies
Execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including email marketing and paid advertising
Develop and manage customer engagement strategies such as automated marketing journeys and promotional campaigns
Monitor and optimise marketing performance through data analysis, testing, and continuous improvements
Manage online sales channels and campaign activations, including promotional setups and visibility strategies
Analyse performance metrics and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
Develop and execute content strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
Create and manage digital content aligned with current trends and marketing objectives
Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer enquiries and provide support to enhance overall shopping experience
Support operational tasks during peak periods when required
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and increase efficiency
Track and report performance metrics across all digital channels
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify platform
Proven experience in ecommerce and digital marketing
Strong understanding of website management, campaign execution, and performance optimisation
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience in email marketing and campaign automation
Basic knowledge of website customisation (HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid)
Experience with data analysis or workflow automation
Familiarity with content creation tools or AI-driven solutions
