Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex matters when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Order & Product Management: Process and track orders, maintain accurate product listings, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless operations.
Administrative Support: Manage records, generate reports, and facilitate cross-departmental coordination to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement advertising campaigns, analyze sales data and trends, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and campaign-specific reports, highlighting performance metrics and recommendations to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail preferred.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and data analytics tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
