Job Summary


Drive and manage end-to-end e-commerce sales, marketing campaigns, and operations to boost brand awareness and sales performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales across multiple platforms

  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RM) and Key Account Managers (KAM) to align strategies and drive platform-specific growth

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings including descriptions, pricing, status, and images on all e-commerce sites

  • Manage inventory levels across platforms to ensure availability and minimize stock issues

  • Analyze and report on e-commerce KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, and traffic to inform business decisions

  • Deliver prompt and effective customer service to maintain high chat performance and customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Partner with marketing teams to conceptualize and support marketing initiatives and ensure campaign communication reaches target audiences via social platforms

  • Assist Finance teams by accurately documenting online sales, purchase orders, requisition forms, and invoices into the system promptly

  • Collaborate with Design teams to ensure all required images are produced accurately and on time


Required competencies and certifications



  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight schedules and deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support cross-team collaboration and customer interaction

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing product information and documentation


Preferred competencies and qualifications



  • 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in e-commerce sales, marketing, or operations

  • Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior and Manager position
