Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and passionate E-commerce Growth Executive to accelerate our online sales across key platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other emerging channels.
This role goes beyond traditional e-commerce operations — you will play a key role in driving revenue through livestream and social commerce strategies, experimenting with new formats, and unlocking growth opportunities across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Growth & Revenue
Drive online sales performance across platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.)
Identify and execute new growth opportunities within social commerce and livestream channels
Support campaign planning (e.g. double-digit campaigns, mega sales days)
Livestream & Social Commerce
Plan and execute livestream sessions to drive conversion and engagement
Develop livestream strategies including content flow, product bundling, and promotional mechanics
Explore new livestream formats, platforms, and selling techniques
Content & Conversion Strategy
Work on content ideas that drive traffic and sales (short videos, livestream hooks, etc.)
Optimize product storytelling, offers, and scripts to improve conversion rates
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track key metrics such as GMV, traffic, conversion rate, and ROI
Analyze performance and continuously refine strategies to scale results
Collaboration
Work closely with brand team, and operations teams to align campaigns
Coordinate with KOLs, affiliates, and partners to amplify sales
Requirements
Strong interest in e-commerce, social media, and digital trends
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for growing revenue
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into execution
Comfortable with livestreaming or willing to learn
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar platforms is a plus
Prior experience in e-commerce, content creation, or retail is advantageous but not required
