Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce & Online Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, social media, and the official website. You will be responsible for product listing, content updates, campaign planning, data analysis, and customer service. Employee product discounts and professional training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain online sales channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.

Plan and execute online promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.

Analyze sales data and user behavior to optimize operational strategies.

Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and complaints.

Track market trends and competitor activities, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Associate degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of online operations experience, experience in the beauty industry preferred.

Familiarity with the operational rules of various e-commerce platforms and social media.

Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
