Part Timer E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant

Services include the following:

• Order processing and fulfilment across multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other online stores)

• Assisting with packing and preparing online orders as needed, especially in the mornings

• Coordinating with live streamers for setup, product prep, order updates, and timesheets

• Responding to customer enquiries, comments, and reviews across all platforms

• Updating inventory records, including stock checks and warehouse transfers

• Uploading and managing product listings (images, descriptions, prices, tags) on all e-commerce channels

• Assisting with social media content posting and scheduling

• Basic content creation support (product photos, short clips, banners)

• Retrieving and compiling platform reports (sales, traffic, vouchers, live stream performance)

• Monitoring competitor activity, promotions, and trending products on each platform

• Supporting marketing campaigns with caption writing, graphics, or simple ads

• Performing other ad-hoc duties as required by the Superior

• If willing to do live stream will have extra commission
  You will host TikTok Shop livestreams on Goldlion’s official account, selling men’s fashion products and driving live sales.

• Use your own style and creative selling approach during livestreams

• Engage viewers, answer questions, and close sales live

• Experience

  • Livestream selling or retail sales experience is a plus

  • Own working schedule within 9am-6pm in Goldlion office (at least per week 3days)

• Requirements

  · Diploma/Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
  · 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Lazada/Shopee or other marketplaces.
  · Strong analytical skills and familiarity with e-commerce tools.
  · Good communication skills; advantage for liaising with China Team.
  · Able to work independently as well as in a team
  · Short notice period (immediate or within 1 month) will be an advantage
