Job Description
1. To generate content for social media every week and increase social media engagement.
2. Assist in overall business on e-commerce platforms such as proposing new ideas and strategies
3. Upload and update product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images)
4. Assist with order processing and fulfillment coordination
5. Track and report delivery statuses
6. Respond to customer inquiries (email, chat, or social media)
7. Manage return/refund requests and communicate with logistics
8. Photo taking of new merchandise for listing.
Job Requirements
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in photography and photo editing software
• Creative thinking and ability to propose innovative ideas
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• 5-day work week, 9am to 6pm
