E-Commerce Inventory Executive (B2B)

Responsibilities:

• Manage product line-up based on customer or market requirements.
• Collect and analyze historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products.
• Minimize out-of-stock situations by actively monitoring stock inventory and replenishing accordingly.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure profitability of items, cost reduction, and expansion of product line-up.
• Ensure on-time delivery by working closely with suppliers and expediting when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and communicate with suppliers if necessary.
• Maintain and update the product master database.
• Collaborate with other departments on product-related activities such as product discounts and quality checks.
• Collect statistics and generate reports.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant B2B industrial sales experience.
• Experience in stock management or supply chain management.
• High energy and result-oriented.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good time management skills and a team player.
• Competency in MS Office skills is required.
