**Open to 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
**E-commerce warehouse environment experience and Ops is a MUST
What you’ll do
Manage daily order flow across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
Monitor inventory levels and resolve stock discrepancies
Liaise with courier partners on pickups, deliveries, and issues
Troubleshoot system/order syncing issues (WMS/ERP)
Support clients on fulfilment-related queries and updates
Track KPIs (order accuracy, turnaround time, delivery performance)
What we’re looking for
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations
Comfortable with systems (WMS, ERP, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills (internal team + clients)
