Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business. The ideal candidate will manage all online sales channels, develop digital strategies, and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to drive growth and revenue.
Analyse online market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
2. Online Store & Platform Management
Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce website and marketplace stores (e.g., Lazada, TikTok, Shopee, Shopify).
Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and content updates.
Ensure optimal user user experience and platform performance.
3. Digital Marketing & Paid Ads
Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplace ads)
Analyse ad performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate)
Adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to maximise ROI
Track campaign results and produce performance insights.
4. TikTok Live & Affiliate Management
Plan, coordinate, and oversee TikTok Live sessions to drive engagement and sales
Monitor live performance metrics and improve conversion strategies
Recruit, manage, and maintain relationships with affiliates and creators
Track affiliate performance, commissions, and campaign effectiveness
5. Product & Content Management
Ensure product content is accurate, compelling, and conversion-focused
Coordinate product launches and promotional activities.
6. Order Fulfilment & Customer Experience
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Monitor customer reviews and enquiries to maintain a high level of service.
Attend to walk-in customers
7. Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyse sales data, traffic trends, and customer insights.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and action plans.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or marketplace dashboards.
8. Marketplace & Partner Relations
Manage relationships with e-commerce platform account managers.
Oversee platform campaigns, vouchers, and promotional opportunities.
Ensure all marketplace activities meet platform guidelines.
9. Team Leadership
Lead and supervise a team of e-commerce executives/coordinators (if applicable).
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure timely execution of all e-commerce tasks and projects.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of online platforms (Shopify, Tik Tok, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in leading a small team is an advantage.
