E-Commerce Manager | $3.4k -4.5k + Monthly Commission Bonus + PB
Working days and Time: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday | 9am - 6pm)
Working Location: Paya Lebar
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management
Lead and manage the e-commerce performance of multiple brands across all online platforms.
Tailor strategies per brand while aligning to overarching company goals.
Ensure each brand’s voice, positioning, and customer experience is consistent and optimized online.
2. Store & Platform Operations
Oversee day-to-day store operations for each brand across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and direct-to-consumer websites (e.g., Shopify).
Ensure accurate and attractive product listings, updated stock availability, and competitive pricing strategies.
Coordinate listings and bundle strategies tailored to each brand's positioning and sales objectives.
3. Campaign & Promotion Management
Plan and execute promotional calendars for each brand in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Manage campaign submissions, flash deals, vouchers, and platform-wide events.
Negotiate with platform representatives for brand-specific features and marketing opportunities.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor and analyze brand-specific KPIs (e.g., GMV, AOV, CTR, CVR, ROAS) to track sales performance and customer behavior.
Use insights to optimize listings, ad placements, and campaign effectiveness per brand.
Prepare brand-wise monthly performance reports and improvement plans.
5. Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with internal brand managers, graphic designers, content teams, and logistics coordinators.
Manage junior e-commerce executives or outsourced support handling operations or chat responses.
Ensure smooth alignment between sales, marketing, and logistics teams across brands.
6. Inventory Planning & Fulfillment
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound stock for multiple brands.
Forecast demand per brand and plan stock transfers to ensure healthy availability and minimize aged inventory.
7. Brand Relationship & Growth
Support brand development goals, including market penetration, pricing strategies, and feedback on product performance.
Recommend new product introductions or platform expansions based on market demand and sales insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably across multiple brands.
