E-Commerce Manager
Role Objective
To own and grow all online sales channels and turn e-commerce into a major revenue driver for the company.
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce roadmap
Set monthly and annual online sales targets
Plan and manage the online sales calendar in alignment with retail campaigns
Drive traffic, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV)
Identify new growth opportunities (new platforms, cross-border, affiliates)
2. Online Store & Marketplace Management
Manage and optimise performance for:
Brand website (Shopify / WooCommerce)
Shopee
TikTok Shop
Lazada
Mobile app
Ensure:
Accurate product listing and categorisation
Competitive pricing strategy
Stock synchronisation with retail stores
Platform campaign participation
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute major campaigns
Product launches & IP collaborations
Online-exclusive bundles & promotions
Work closely with:
Marketing team for creatives & ads
Retail team for stock allocation
Designer for campaign visuals
Manage homepage, landing pages & campaign banners
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyse
Sales revenue
Conversion rate
Website traffic
Customer behaviour
Best-selling products
Campaign ROI
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
Recommend data-driven action plans for improvement
5. Operations & Order Fulfilment
Oversee daily order processing workflow
Ensure smooth coordination with:
Warehouse
Retail outlets
Logistics partners
Monitor return, refund, and exchange processes
Maintain high fulfilment accuracy and fast processing time
6. Customer Experience & CRM
Optimise customer journey and checkout experience
Improve online customer service standards
Monitor platform reviews and ratings
Plan retention strategies:
App push notifications
WhatsApp campaigns
Email marketing
7. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration
Lead and mentor E-Commerce Executive(s)
Establish SOPs and workflow for the e-commerce team
Work closely with:
Retail operations
Marketing
Buying & merchandising
