Description
A fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company, with our parent company deeply established in Singapore across e-commerce, live streaming, retail, and wholesale businesses. With a diversified business portfolio, we are seeking a Marketing Director with strong strategic vision, execution capability, and cross-border collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the Singapore market, achieving franchise recruitment and channel expansion targets;
2. Conduct in-depth market and competitor research, analyze local consumer trends, and formulate localized marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness;
3. Build, negotiate, and manage the franchisee system, establishing long-term and stable partnerships;
4. Integrate online and offline resources to lead overseas marketing initiatives, including brand promotion, digital marketing, and local partnerships;
5. Lead the team to achieve sales and marketing targets, monitor performance metrics, and continuously optimize marketing strategies;
6. Report regularly to senior management on market progress, efficiently coordinate internal and external resources, and proactively respond to market challenges.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred. Graduates from top-tier universities (e.g., Project 985/211 institutions) are a plus;
2. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in cross-border e-commerce, internet platforms, or the Singapore/Southeast Asia market is preferred;
3. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to conduct independent business negotiations and manage cross-cultural teams;
4. Strong logical thinking with solid data analysis and strategic planning capabilities;
5. Able to adapt to frequent cross-border travel. In the initial phase, at least one round trip between Guangzhou and Singapore per month (may increase to 1–5 trips per month when necessary), with hands-on market involvement;
6. Passionate about developing new markets, with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong resilience under pressure, and a results-driven attitude.
