The E-Commerce Marketing Executive supports the execution and day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business for Goldheart Jewelry and Lee Hwa Jewellery across brand websites and marketplaces.

This role is responsible for coordinating campaign launches, updating online storefronts, preparing digital marketing assets, and monitoring campaign performance. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the E-Commerce Marketing Executive ensures that online campaigns and product launches are executed accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multiple campaigns and platform updates are managed simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and product launches across brand websites, iShopChangi and marketplaces.

  • Ensure timely setup of promotional mechanics, banners, landing pages, and product listings.

  • Coordinate campaign timelines with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth launches and updates.

Content & Product Management

  • Upload and maintain product listings, including product descriptions, resizing images, editing short product videos, pricing, and promotional tags.

  • Coordinate and arrange product shoots (including briefing photographers and vendors)

  • Copywriting for product pages, campaigns, and platform communications

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across all e-commerce platforms.

  • Support the preparation of product newness descriptions and campaign copy.

Creative & Asset Coordination

  • Work with designers to prepare creative briefs for website banners, campaign pages, and digital advertisements.

  • Ensure marketing materials are updated on-site according to campaign timelines.

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for platform campaigns and digital promotions.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track daily and weekly e-commerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, and sales.

  • Support the preparation of campaign performance reports and summaries.

  • Assist in analysing campaign results and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives such as affiliate campaigns, livestreaming promotions, and social media content related to e-commerce campaigns.

  • Support CRM and promotional activities aimed at driving online traffic and conversions.

  • Coordinate with platform partners for campaign participation and promotional opportunities.

E-Commerce Operations

  • Maintain campaign trackers and ensure documentation is updated accurately.

  • Support daily website updates including promotions, banners, and merchandising changes.

  • Assist in monitoring the online store experience and flag any operational issues.


Experience & Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related marketing role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience supporting online campaign execution or website operations is preferred.

  • Interest or experience with e-commerce platforms or marketplaces is an advantage.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail trends.
