Description
Key Responsibilities:
.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for our stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
· Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including planning, budget allocation, implementation, and performance analysis.
· Create and optimize product listings, visuals, and content to maximize conversion rates and platform visibility.
· Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve ROI and sales targets.
· Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
· Collaborate with the content/creative team to produce engaging platform-specific content (livestreams,short video etc.).
· Monitor competitor activities and platform algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly.
· Manage store operations, including inventory planning coordination, promotions, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
· Proven experience (min. 3 years) in e-commerce marketing, with a strong track record of managing Shopee and TikTok Shop stores successfully.
· In-depth knowledge of each platform's tools, analytics, advertising systems, and best practices.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data to make informed decisions (e.g., Google Analytics, platform native analytics).
· Experience in managing marketing budgets and achieving sales targets.
· Excellent communication and project management skills.
· Creative mindset with an understanding of social commerce and content trends.
