Description

Our client is Singapore’s favourite popcorn & cotton candy brand and premium events & activations. They part of our growing group. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to grow online sales, strengthen customer loyalty, and boost our brand presence across both businesses.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage e-commerce platforms, run ads, coordinate fulfilment, plan customer engagement activities, and drive festive sales through digital campaigns and real-world activations.

Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce & Sales Growth

    • Manage and grow all e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, GrabMart, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, TikTok Shop.

    • Hit monthly sales targets on all e-commerce platforms with ads, promotions, and campaigns.

    • Update and maintain websites for both company’s and Elite Event Atelier with accurate products, services, and promotions.

    • Plan, launch, and update promotions consistently to attract both new and repeat customers.

    • Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are packed promptly and accurately.

    • Liaise with delivery partners to ensure timely fulfilment and smooth customer experience.

  • Digital Marketing & Social Media

    • Run and optimise TikTok Ads, TikTok Affiliate marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (SEM) to generate sales and leads.

    • Liaise with SEO/SEM vendor to monitor results and ensure quality performance.

    • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars (posts, reels, stories).

    • Work with the design team to produce content following brand guidelines.

    • Good to have: video editing skills to create engaging short-form content.

    • Plan and run campaigns to grow social media following across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

  • Influencer, Public Relations & Brand Building

    • Develop and manage influencer/KOL campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, and performance tracking.

    • Plan and execute Public Relations campaigns (media features, collaborations, press outreach).

    • Act as the brand guardian for both the company’s and Elite Event Atelier — ensuring tone, visuals, and storytelling are consistent.

    • Explore large-scale exposure opportunities such as Singapore Food Festival, office activations, and pop-ups.

  • Customer Engagement & Loyalty

    • Manage and grow the company’s Loyalty Membership Program.

    • Plan and execute in-store customer engagement activities and activations to drive sign-ups and repeat purchases.

    • Work with the sales team to create festive campaigns that grow loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.


Working Hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm. Occasional weekends but will be provided with replacement off day


Salary:

  • $2,800 - $3,200 (depend on experience) + Profit sharing (OTE $3,800–$4,500)

Requirement:

  • Diploma or higher, with at least 3 years’ experience in e-commerce/digital marketing.

  • Hands-on experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Grab, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, TikTok Shop).

  • Skilled in ads management (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Affiliate) with proven sales results.

  • Strong background in influencer/KOL marketing and Public relations campaigns.

  • Able to plan monthly social calendars and coordinate with designers.

  • Familiar with liaising with SEO/SEM vendors and monitoring performance.

  • Organised in managing orders, production coordination, and delivery fulfilment.

  • Experience in planning customer engagement activities or in-store activations.

  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven with accountability for hitting e-commerce sales targets.

  • Good to have: video editing knowledge for social content.
