Description
We are seeking an E-Commerce intern for a period of 6 months with us! This role will collaborate closely with the E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator. You will learn about managing online store backend operations and designing attractive e-commerce product thumbnails, with a primary focus on seamless customer experience and high-quality visual presentation.
As an intern, you will learn how to:
Operate multiple online store platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, and Shopee.
Process and fulfill online orders – from generating invoices to coordinating shipping and tracking deliveries.
Manage and update product catalogues, including uploading new products, adjusting prices, managing stock levels, and setting up promotions.
Communicate professionally with customers via live chat, email, or platform dashboards to answer queries and provide assistance.
Handle post-sales processes – resolve refund requests, manage exchanges, and investigate delivery discrepancies.
Support e-commerce campaign launches by working closely with the Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to ensure backend systems are correctly set up.
Update product thumbnails, banners, and promotional visuals using platforms like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and support product visibility online.
Adapt graphics for different e-commerce platforms and update visuals to match ongoing campaigns or seasonal changes.
Contribute operational support to marketing and e-commerce projects as required.
