Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to lead our online sales platforms, digital marketing strategies, and brand development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through e-commerce channels, optimizing digital campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, and third-party channels).
- Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize conversion and sales.
- Monitor site performance, user experience, and implement improvements to enhance customer journey.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Track and analyze e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, sales performance).
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Manage content creation (social media, newsletters, blog, ads) to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with creative and design teams for online marketing materials and campaigns.
- Plan seasonal and product-focused campaigns to boost brand awareness and revenue.
- Oversee influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and other collaboration strategies.
Data & Performance Analytics
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Optimize marketing spend through ROI-driven campaign management.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate a marketing and e-commerce team.
- Work closely with product development, sales, and management to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and digital partners.
