RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the team in managing customer enquiries and product exchanges
Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies across Meta, TikTok and Google to achieve monthly revenue goals
Manage and optimise campaign performance daily to maximise ROAS and marketing efficiency
Monitor campaign performance daily and scale winning initiatives
Analyse sales and campaign data to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
Improve website conversion rate through structured testing
Optimise landing pages, product pages and promotional flows
Track and improve key metrics (ROAS, CVR, AOV, CPA)
Work closely with fulfilment teams to ensure smooth coordination and service recovery where required
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for campaign objectives
Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
Min 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and ecommerce
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team
Proven hands-on experience managing paid media across Meta, Tiktok and Google Ads
Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred) and performance marketing tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Proficient in tools such as GA4 and analytics dashboards
Familiar with Canva and CapCut for marketing asset coordination
