Lead e-commerce growth across Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop and Webstores, driving sales and profitability while exploring new opportunities via affiliate, live, and video channels. Harness data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, boost brand visibility, and generate high-quality traffic. Deliver actionable business reviews to identify risks and unlock opportunities, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market leadership.
Job Description:
A. Business planning & Sales
Partner with the Brand team to drive robust e-commerce performance and deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies across multiple marketplaces and platforms.
Provide strategic guidance for e-commerce demand generation, digital marketing initiatives, and overall business optimization.
Lead the planning, development, and execution of key e-commerce campaigns—particularly major “Mega Campaigns” (e.g., Lazada Birthday, 11.11, 12.12, Super Brand Days)—including concept creation, promotional mechanics, creative development, and gift sourcing.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platforms, external agencies, and strategic partners.
Plan campaign mechanics strategically to balance profitability and discount structures, supporting sustainable growth.
Manage e-commerce projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and performance objectives.
B. Digital Marketing
Oversee e-store development and optimization to drive conversion—covering shop-in-shop design, content creation, and feature enhancements informed by market and competitor insights.
Plan and execute digital activation campaigns across platforms to strengthen engagement, elevate customer experience, and generate positive feedback.
Manage KOL collaborations, live streaming initiatives, and event activations for new product launches and major campaigns to amplify reach and visibility.
C. Business Intelligence
Identify market opportunities to grow online revenue-generating channels.
Conduct competitive and market analyses to inform strategy.
Translate market insights into innovative and effective growth campaigns.
Monitor real-time inventory to prevent stockouts, overselling, or discrepancies.
Prepare regular operational reports covering returns, refunds, promotions, and inventory variances.
Ensure all data updates and reporting are accurate and timely for business tracking and decision-making.
Track and analyze data to evaluate promotion performance, stock movement, and operational efficiency.
Provide bi-weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, similar or related or at least 2 years working experience in the related field.
Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and different digital marketing channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Highly initiative with positive energy, able to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
Consistently and independently solve problems and achieve objectives.
Process good attitude towards learning and improving.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Able to work well in a team.
Basic understanding of design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, not a must but a plus point.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
