Job Description
We are looking for a driven and responsible E-Commerce / Online Sales Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels including Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily platform operations, customer engagement, and driving online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow online sales channels including Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify
Handle customer enquiries, order processing, and after-sales support
Execute online promotions and sales campaigns to improve conversion and revenue
Maintain product listings, including pricing, inventory and basic content updates
Monitor sales performance and prepare basic sales reports
Work closely with internal teams to improve overall customer experience
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or online sales
Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada and Shopify platforms
Strong communication skills with a customer- and sales-oriented mindset
Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience in F&B / coffee / FMCG industry is an advantage
