E-commerce Operation Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Pick & Pack orders from online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok) in an air-conditioned environment

• Handle Return & Refund orders from online platforms

• Manage and record inventory for all incoming goods. Ensure correct quantities and report any discrepancies.

• Provide simple information and support to walk-in customers for warranty exchanges (very few, less than 3 in a month)

• Keep the warehouse and office environment clean, tidy, and organised

• Check if the shipping fee is accurately charged

• Training will be provided

Skillsets

• Responsible, honest, and able to work independently

• Eager to learn and adapt to new systems/processes

• Basic computer skills,such as excel, word, email

• Able to manage and check inventory precisely

• Good with fast and accurate packing

Who We’re Looking For

• Reliable, honest and punctual

• Experience in e-commerce, or packing roles is preferred but not required

• Can read and communicate simple English & Mandarin

• Takes initiative, willing to help
