Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our Shopee, TikTok & other online Shop platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Shopee and TikTok Shop stores.
Create, update, and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Process customer orders, coordinate fulfillment, and monitor delivery status.
Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and after-sales issues promptly.
Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, vouchers, and promotional activities.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory updates with the warehouse team.
Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.
Ensure product information, images, and content are accurate and up to date.
Support live selling activities and content uploads when required.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and e-commerce operations.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to multitask and work independently.
