Your primary goal is to grow our brand's independent ecosystem- our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website- while strategically managing our presence on marketplaces. You will drive sales through brand-led content, community retention, and high-margin direct sales. You are the bridge between our digital marketing and our physical fulfilment, ensuring every customer journey is seamless from "click to delivery."
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Brand Visibility
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Strategy Lead the daily operations of Axquisite website (Shopify), optimizing product SEO to boost organic traffic while ensuring a frictionless journey. From landing page discovery and checkout to final physical delivery.
Design and Deploy Regular newsletters, automated "abandoned cart" flows, and "re-engagement" triggers to drive repeat purchases.
Database Management: Clean, segment and grow our customer list. Turn one-time buyers into "loyal subscribers" through targeted loyalty programs.
Content & Campaign Execution: Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness and sales volume. This includes content creation, managing community platforms (social media, email, e-commerce, and chat ), and the content calendar to drive organic engagement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor website analytics to identify where customers drop off and suggest improvements to the UI/UX to boost sales.
Marketplace Management: Manage our Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop storefronts, ensuring product listing is optimised for organic sales and pricing is accurate and synced across channels. Act as a guardian for our margins by flagging platform fee or policy changes the moment they are announced to keep our pricing competitive yet highly profitable.
Community & Retention: Own the relationship with our customers. Manage inquiries across social media, email, and e-commerce platforms, turning questions into sales and building long-term customer loyalty.
2. Operations & Fulfillment
Coordinate the end-to-end order process. Work with internal teams to ensure every sale—from our website or marketplaces—is fulfilled efficiently and promptly.
Manage day-to-day operations, including the packing and dispatching of parcels, ensuring our products reach customers in perfect condition.
Prepare and generate quotations, orders, and invoices. Ensure all recorded transactions derived from source documents are 100% accurate.
Lead regular stock takes and quality checks. Maintain precise inventory records to prevent overselling and ensure product excellence.
Requirements
Preferably 1–2 years in E-commerce Operations or Digital Marketing
Candidates without experience in Shopify/WooCommerce/Marketplaces are welcome to apply.
Experience in handling Shopee, Lazada, Amazon Seller Centers, and related backend systems is an advantage.
Adept in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads & Google Suite will be a plus
Excellent communication skills and CRM
Quick-thinking and proactive. You don't just "do the task"—you look for ways to optimize the workflow, protect margins, and improve the customer experience.
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and web-based systems
