E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily end-to-end fulfillment operations for eCommerce and 3PL activities. This role oversees inbound, inventory control, order processing, dispatch, returns management, and operational reporting, ensuring SLA compliance and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfillment Operations

• Oversee daily end-to-end fulfillment activities from inbound, picking, packing to dispatch

• Ensure orders are processed within defined SLAs and cut-off timelines

• Plan wave picking and allocate manpower for peak and non-peak periods

• Monitor order backlog, aging, and exception handling

Inbound & Inventory Management

• Supervise inbound receipts, GRN creation, and put-away accuracy

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and proper bin location discipline

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation

• Investigate inventory variances, damages, and shortages

Picking, Packing & Dispatch

• Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and quality during picking and packing

• Maintain packing standards per customer and marketplace requirements

• Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and dispatch planning

• Track shipment status and resolve dispatch delays

Returns & Reverse Logistics

• Manage RTOs, customer returns, QC checks, and system updates

• Ensure timely restocking, refurbishment, or disposal according to SOP

• Analyze return reasons and support corrective action initiatives

Systems & Reporting

• Operate and monitor WMS, OMS, and courier portals

• Prepare daily MIS reports (orders processed, SLA, inventory accuracy, TAT, shrinkage)

• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch compliance, and productivity

Vendor & Manpower Coordination

• Coordinate with staffing agencies and supervise warehouse associates

• Monitor productivity, attendance, and shift discipline

• Train staff on SOPs, safety, and quality standards

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, 5S, and safety standards

• Conduct daily floor audits and quality checks

• Support internal and external audits (clients, marketplaces, ISO)

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements

• Support automation, layout optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives

• Assist in peak planning for sales events and festive periods

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline

• 1–2 years of eCommerce or warehouse operations experience (3PL preferred)

• Working knowledge of WMS, OMS, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada)

• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,200

• Variable Bonus (VB)

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday:

  • 8.30am – 5.30pm OR

  • 9.00am – 6.00pm (candidate’s choice)

• Saturday (WFH): 8.30am – 12.30pm
