E-commerce Operations Executive

Location: Singapore (onsite, 5 days a week)

Internship Type: Full-time

Work hours: 9am - 6pm

About Welive 
WELIVE is a Singapore-based,  FMCG distribution company specialising in categories from Food & Beverages to Home & Living essentials. Founded in 2025, we have rapidly grown into a multi-brand distributor managing hundreds of SKUs and a network of 300+ live sellers and content creators and are now currently behind multiple tiktok viral food products. Through livestream commerce, affiliate marketing, and data-driven strategies, we distribute different brands and help them scale and drive sales across social commerce platforms.

Your role

• Ensuring smooth flow for day to day operations

• Optimise stock-ins/outs, restocks of products

• Managing and create product listings, updating prices, photos & details, doing data transformation to fit different sites

• Replying to customer queries, and handling refunds

• Helping to set up promotions & run basic ad campaigns, tracking sales and customer satisfaction of the product

• Coordinating daily warehouse and fulfilment operations, overseeing warehouse support staff, and ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order dispatches

• Other administrative duties assigned by Management
