About the role

Bash Party Store is a local e-commerce brand specialising in curated goodie bags, kids’ gifts, and event packs for families, schools, and corporates. We’re known for our creativity, attention to detail, and reliable service — helping customers celebrate effortlessly.

We’re looking for a Operations Specialist to support the operations and fulfilment sides of our business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Order Fulfilment [Primary]:

  • Pick items accurately according to order sheets and packing lists.

  • Perform quality checks on products before packing.

  • Assemble and package goodie bags, gift sets, and other customised orders neatly and correctly.

  • Experienced or good with handicraft skills to tie off or seal individual goodie bags. Involves tying of ribbons, tidying up gift packs in accordance to set standards.

  • Operate sticker or gift tags printing and cutting machine for personalize gift packs.

  • Tie off, seal, and label packaging according to product requirements.

  • Ensure all orders are ready for delivery or pickup on time.

2. Inventory Management [Secondary]:

  • Assist in stock counting, replenishment, and organisation of storage areas.

  • Notify the team of low stock or damaged goods promptly.

3. Operations Support [Secondary]:

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the fulfilment workspace.

  • Support ad-hoc tasks such as unpacking new stock, organising shelves, and preparing materials for upcoming events or corporate orders.


Requirements

Experience:

  • Prior experience in producing hand crafted product or hamper packaging is preferred if available

  • Prior experience in fulfilment, logistics, packing, or retail operations is a plus (but not required — training will be provided).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Positive attitude, willing to learn and fast learner.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.

  • Good with handicraft work such as tying of ribbons, ensure gift packs are presentable and look amazing.

  • Computer savvy and quick to learn to operate print and cut machines for stickers and gift tags is a bonus.

  • Good time management and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual.

  • Able to read and write in English.

  • Enjoys hands-on work in a small, collaborative team.

Other Details:

  • Working days: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, occasional overtime or work on weekends depending on demand

  • Home-based office
