We are a fast-growing, founder-led brand specializing in modern supplement products. We’ve built a strong foundation locally and are now in an exciting phase of aggressive expansion. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on growth driver to help us scale our business across Asia, both online and offline. What You Will Do
Spearhead Regional E-commerce: Take the wheel on expanding our digital footprint. You will set up, launch, and manage our brand presence on Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada across new Asian markets.
Bridge the Online-to-Offline (O2O) Gap: Lead our physical retail expansion. You will scout locations, negotiate leases, and manage the rollout of retail presence in local Singapore malls and targeted overseas locations.
Build the Cross-Border Engine: Identify and partner with reliable 3PLs and overseas warehouses to ensure our cross-border logistics, fulfillment, and supply chains run like clockwork.
Drive Strategic Collaborations: Hunt for and secure impactful partnerships. You will collaborate with complementary brands, local distributors, and influencer/affiliate networks to amplify our reach in new markets.
Campaign & Ecosystem Synergy: Work closely with the founders to integrate our expansion efforts with our existing marketing ecosystems, leveraging social commerce, mega-sale campaigns, and live-selling channels to maximize revenue.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce operations, business development, or omnichannel retail. Experience with FMCG, beauty, or wellness consumer products is a massive plus.
Platform Mastery: You know the backend of Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada like the back of your hand and know how to optimize listings and campaigns for different regional markets.
Retail Hustle: You aren't afraid to hit the pavement to negotiate mall spaces, organize pop-ups, or set up physical brand touchpoints.
Operational Mindset: You have practical experience solving cross-border logistics, warehousing, and inventory challenges.
Startup DNA: You are highly adaptable, comfortable working directly with founders in a lean team, and capable of pivoting quickly to capture new growth opportunities.
