Description
1. Order Management
- Process and monitor daily e-commerce orders across platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, company website)
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and delivery coordination
- Handle order discrepancies, returns, and refunds
2. Customer Service Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards
3. Inventory & Coordination
- Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for replenishment
- Ensure product availability and update listings accordingly
- Assist in stock reconciliation and reporting
4. Product Listing & Content Management
- Create and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all e-commerce platforms
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and online sales activities
5. Sales & Reporting
- Generate regular sales and performance reports
- Monitor sales trends and highlight key insights to the team
- Assist in analysing campaign performance
6. Administrative Support
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions and processes
- Support the team in ad-hoc administrative duties and projects
