At SINGGATE, we don’t just sell products — we dominate the smart home entrance. As Singapore's home-grown specialist in 3D Face Recognition HDB gate locks and smart laundry racks, we have proudly served over 17,000 customers and counting.
We are now looking for a Digital Growth Engine. This is not a role for a "button-clicker" or an admin person. We need a strategist who uses AI as a force multiplier to flood our funnel with high-quality leads — leaving the closing to our dedicated sales team.
What You’ll Do
E-Commerce Platform Management
Take full-cycle ownership of our storefronts on Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, and Shopify
Upload and optimize product listings with compelling copy, keywords, visuals, and promotion to ensure we stay #1 in the algorithm
Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms
Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm updates
Traffic & Visibility Optimization
Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve Google rankings and product discoverability. Plus Facebook Ads strategies
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, AI image generators) to enhance product content and brand presence
Set up and optimize AI-driven product recommendations and ad targeting
Lead Generation & Conversion
Drive traffic that converts into quality sales inquiries and orders
Understand customer behavior and buying intent to tailor marketing efforts
· Continuously test and refine campaigns to maximize inbound leads
Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals
Design & Content Support
Edit and create visuals for listings, ads, and social posts
Use tools like Canva, Photoshop , or AI design tools to produce clean, brand-aligned creatives and campaign goals
· Craft imagery and layouts that resonate with Singaporean homeowners
Who You Are
Experienced in e-commerce sales – not just admin, but someone who knows how to drive real results
Platform-savvy – hands-on with Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, Facebook, and Shopify backend
SEO/SEM literate – understand keywords, search rankings, and how to get found
AI-curious & practical – actively using AI tools to improve efficiency, content, and reach
Sales-minded – able to spot opportunities, understand customer needs, and drive action
Basic design skills – comfortable editing images and creating simple visuals (Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools)
Bilingual – able to communicate in English and Chinese (to engage with diverse customers and content)
