• Position : E-commerce Sales Executive (AI Tools / Inside Sales)

• Location : Ubi Crescent

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross of Up To $4000 or more (Basic Up to $3,200 + Commission) + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Dental + Staff Discounts

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales leads via phone, email and online channels

• Maintain existing customer accounts and support outreach to potential B2B customers

• Update online product listings, prices and stock availability

• Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams

• Follow up with customers on orders and delivery updates

• Maintain basic sales records and inventory reports

• Use digital tools to support daily sales and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, indoor sales, customer service or e-commerce operations

• Good communication, customer service and organisational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using online platforms

• Willing to learn digital and AI tools

• Interest in pets and pet products is an advantage
