E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive - FMCG

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations

• Manage and optimize online sales platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Website, FoodPanda, Grab, Deliveroo).

• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and campaign visuals in collaboration with designers.

• Analyze sales performance, explore new platforms, and drive monthly sales targets.

• Manage and update company website, ensuring accurate services and visuals.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid ads.

• Manage SEO/SEM vendors to improve traffic, visibility, and ROI.

• Develop loyalty programs and work with influencers/KOLs to grow brand awareness.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube aligned with brand and campaigns.

• Plan festive, seasonal, and promotional activations to drive sales.

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.

Branding

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline channels.

• Research and propose participation in food expos, exhibitions, and collaborations.

• Support product launches, packaging updates, and influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 3 or more years of experience in E-commerce/Digital marketing

• Hands-on experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms

• Able to work independently

• Video editing knowledge for social content would be an advantage

Details:

• Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

• Office location: Pandan Loop

• Basic salary: $2,800 – $3,200

• Monthly commission: up to $800
