About the role

MXHL PTE LTD is a fast-growing logistics and e-commerce enabler based in Singapore. Through our platform uParcel, we support businesses with last-mile delivery and are expanding into social commerce, helping brands grow their sales on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other digital channels.

We are looking for a hands-on and independent E-commerce & Social Commerce Executive to drive content, live selling, and marketplace operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, create and publish creative content on TikTok and Instagram

  • Build network with Affiliates for sponsored postings and product samples

  • Build Brand kit for each channel, identify trending content formats and adapt them for brand use

  • Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok)

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule

2. Live Commerce (TikTok / Instagram Live/Shopee)

  • Plan and host live selling sessions

  • Prepare engaging scripts, promotions, and product showcases

  • Engage with viewers and drive conversions during live sessions

  • Analyse live performance and improve results

3. Marketplace Management (Shopee & TikTok Shop)

  • Upload and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images)

  • Manage pricing, promotions, and campaigns

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with fulfilment team

  • Ensure smooth order processing and customer experience

4. Campaign & Performance Management

  • Execute platform campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, flash sales)

  • Track performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, engagement)

  • Suggest improvements based on data insights

5. Coordination & Operations

  • Work closely with internal logistics team (uParcel) for fulfilment

  • Source and Liaise with affiliates, suppliers, brands, and partners

  • Ensure timely execution of all campaigns and content plans

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, social media, or digital marketing

  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and/or TikTok Shop

  • Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting live sessions

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)

  • Creative ideas with Strong execution skills and attention to detail

  • Hands on and able to independently perform the work requirements without supervision

Good-to-Have

  • Experience running TikTok Live or live selling

  • Experience managing Shopee or TikTok Shop backend

  • Understanding of social commerce trends in Singapore/Malaysia

  • Basic knowledge of ads (TikTok Ads / Shopee Ads)

  • Proactive and hands-on (not afraid to execute)

  • Creative but also data-driven

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

KPIs (What Success Looks Like)

  • Consistent content output (e.g. 3–5 posts per week)

  • Growth in followers and engagement

  • Successful execution of live sessions

  • Increase in sales and conversion rates

  • Accuracy and efficiency in marketplace operations

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary range: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4000 (depending on experience)
