Job Responsibilities
Host live selling sessions across e-commerce and social media platforms
Present products, engage with viewers, and respond to live enquiries
Plan and coordinate livestream content and schedules
Promote livestreams through social media channels
Support e-commerce operations and digital merchandising activities
Track livestream performance and prepare basic reports
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns
Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
Familiar with social media platforms and livestreaming
Creative, proactive, and customer-oriented
Good organisational and time management skills
Able to respond professionally to customer feedback
Prior experience in livestreaming, content creation, sales, or hosting is an advantage
