Job Summary
The Ecommerce Specialist will oversee the end-to-end operations of online business platforms, driving sales growth and operational excellence through real-time monitoring, inventory lifecycle management, and seamless order fulfilment to maintain healthy cash flow.
Responsibilities
- Track daily sales performance across platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Amazon and Shopee to analyze conversion rates and traffic, informing strategic growth initiatives
- Manage inventory levels by coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment and ensuring product listings accurately reflect stock availability to prevent overselling
- Plan and coordinate order fulfilment with logistics partners to guarantee timely dispatch and accurate delivery to customers
- Maintain smooth daily operations of ecommerce platforms by troubleshooting technical issues and updating product content and pricing as required
- Oversee payment processing and manage financial reconciliations, addressing billing-related customer inquiries to ensure efficient collections
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce operations or online retail management
- Expert proficiency in major ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Lazada) and inventory management tools
- Strong analytical skills using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Excel to interpret sales trends and optimize operational efficiency
- Knowledge of supply chain processes including order fulfilment and last-mile delivery coordination

- Detail-oriented approach to managing inventory accuracy and sales records
- Proven problem-solving skills to resolve operational bottlenecks and customer delivery issues promptly
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements independently
