E-commerce Specialist (FMCG)

Description
Manage and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy in information, pricing, and inventory levels.
Work closely with order fulfilment team to streamline order processing and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
Reconcile platform transactions and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the finance department.
Develop and execute compelling sales campaigns and promotion to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value.
Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of offline marketing initiatives.
Serve as the primary point for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds in a timely and brand-positive manner.
In-house purchasing program, including new account development, onboarding, and database management.
Track and manage the marketing fund, including budgeting monitoring and documentation.
Analyze key performance indicators, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and operational metrics.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics or similar tools.
