E-Commerce Team Lead (Women’s Fashion)

What You’ll Own
· Manage and optimize our brand across Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada. You’ll ensure our digital storefronts are as polished and inviting as our collections.
· Lead our SEO/SEM strategy. From meta-tagging the latest arrivals to optimizing headers, you’ll ensure our brand is the first thing customers see.
· Stay ahead of the trend by using AI tools for hyper-personalized content generation, predictive sales insights, and smarter customer segmentation.
· Plan and execute high-converting Meta and Google Ads campaigns. You’ll turn sales trends into actionable advertising strategies.
· Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, resolving inquiries with a brand-first mindset and escalating issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
· Beyond just "reporting," you will translate Google Analytics and Mailchimp data into actionable insights that drive our next big campaign.
Who You Are
· 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally with a deep understanding of the retail or women’s fashion landscape.
· proficient in Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada, and you know how to navigate their respective backends to drive conversion.
· proven track record with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing (Mailchimp).
· working knowledge of CMS platforms and a "plus" if you know the basics of HTML, JavaScript, or SharePoint.
· thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effortlessly with creative and logistics teams to hit our KPIs.
· Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
