About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce / Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team at Double Oak Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in our warehouse located in 1 Sunview Road, Eco-Tech. In this key role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and fulfilling online orders to provide an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Receive, sort, and process incoming orders accurately and on time
Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with customer orders
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or e-commerce environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required
