Salary: Up to $3700
Working hours
Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Duties:
1. Talent Identification & Strategic Acquisition:
Proactive Scouting: Identify and recruit high-potential affiliate partners, ranging from micro-influencers to established content creators, across key Southeast Asian digital platforms (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp).
Compelling Outreach: Craft and deliver personalized outreach campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of the program, securing commitments from top-tier partners
2. Onboarding & Partner Incubation
Seamless Onboarding: Guide new partners through a structured onboarding journey, ensuring a positive, friction-free first experience with the Company online platform.
Guidance & Training: Serve as the primary point of contact during the critical first 90 days, providing resources, best practices, and strategic advice to help new affiliates achieve early wins.
3. Key Account Management & Relationship Building:
Strategic Partnership: Act as the dedicated relationship manager for a portfolio of high-value affiliate partners, fostering long-term loyalty and sustained engagement.
Campaign Alignment: Conduct regular strategic check-ins to align partners with campaign calendars, promotional priorities, and mutual growth targets.
4. Performance Optimization & Data-Driven Growth
Data Analysis: Utilize internal analytics dashboards to monitor partner KPIs (GMV, Conversion Rate, Click-Through Rate), translating raw data into actionable insights.
Strategic Advisory: Proactively advise partners on content optimization, posting schedules, and promotional strategies to boost conversion rates and maximize earnings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms would be advantageous
Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, talent management, or partner success roles.
Strong familiarity with the Southeast Asian e-commerce landscape and current digital marketing trends.
Social Media Expertise: Deep, strategic understanding of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) and what drives engagement and conversion on each.
AI & Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or specialized marketing AI) for tasks such as content drafting, email personalization, data summarization, or trend analysis.
Comfortable learning and adopting new marketing automation technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence diverse stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint. Ability to interpret data metrics to support decision-making.
Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing large large volumes of partner data and onboarding processes
