Ecommerce and Marketing Executive

Job Description & Requirements

· Assist in management of our ecommerce sales and marketing activities for online sales and our physical store.

· Creative and Experienced in generating marketing and promotional content on various social media channels.

· Managing and reaching out to our customer database lists via email, Whatsapp and various channels.

- Familiar with posting and managing ecommerce shops on Shopee, Lazada and various online platforms to achieve high sales on these channels for our products.

· Handling, updating, and maintaining the website and platforms to make sure they are up to date, coherent and to presented to our users in an intuitive user-friendly way that will maximize the Company conversion objectives.

· Work with Operations closely and communicate campaign details to them effectively in order execute relevant campaigns and events successfully.

· Liaise with and reply to incoming correspondence mails and texts from customers when necessary,

· Manage inventory and assist with packing for customers’ order when help is needed.

- Arrange delivery for orders with inhouse-delivery team or outsource to Lalamove, Ninja and various external delivery services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in online marketing and digital sales strategies.


• Strong understanding of social media marketing, and analytics tools.


• Excellent communication and creative skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
